Professional Fees
We charge a flat commission of 6.5% + GST on the gross sale price of the business.
Minimum fee: $10,000 + GST
Reduced rates available for businesses valued above $500,000.
Marketing Fees
Our comprehensive business sale marketing packages start from $1,990 + GST and include:
Premium listings on leading business-for-sale websites
High-quality photography
Professional content creation tailored to attract serious buyers
We offer some of the lowest administration fees in South Australia:
$605 + GST payable upon successful sale or at the end of the agency term
Executed business sale contract: $400 + GST
